Shipping Information
No geckos are shipped before the age of 6 weeks. All are guaranteed feeding on a variety of insects. Some hatchlings may be held back longer than 6 weeks if we're considering keeping them as future breeders or are not in a good condition to ship. We will accept a 20% non-refundable deposit to put a baby on hold. I will only ship to the uk aswell. All animals will come a caresheet of what to do with them in the first few days of there life.please take a look at the care sheet on the site to make sure you have everything you will need for your new pet in place before ordering.

Methods Of Payment
Paypal - Verified UK Address Only
Credit card payments are made via Paypal You do not need a Paypal account to pay with a credit card.
Postal Orders
I accept Postal Orders. In order to hold an animal for you. If you are sending money orders please send via royal mail recorded delivery. A tracking number is required within 24 hours of placing a gecko on hold, so that I know you have mailed a payment ans are 100% genuine about the purchase of the animal.
Cash
You can send cash at your own risk via Royal Mail, or pay in Cash on Collection of your Gecko.
Placing Animals On Hold
Animals are not considered sold until a depost has been made - NO EXCEPTIONS
I cannot hold an animal until a 20% deposit has been made via paypal. If you can only pay by Money order, I will hold the animal for 24 hours and then a tracking number (proof that payment has been mailed) will be required to hold the animal longer than that. Any time a deposit/payment has been made on an animal, it is non-refundable unless the animal can no longer be provided. The full payment must be recieved within 7 days of the animal becoming available.
Shipping Procedure
All geckos will be sent via a Trusted courier, he will come to me on the day I state (only do deliveries Monday to Friday. He will take your selected gecko(s) which will be in an appropriate container with a heat pack kfor the journey. It will then be delivered to you.
These are the options you have for postage:
Standard Next working day delivery: £ 30
Before Noon £ 35
Before 10:30am £ 43
Before 09:00am £ 50
Extreme Weather I will not ship any animals, so if it's too hot or cold on th eday I ship, I will put it off until the next available day where the weather is suitable. You will be kept upto date at all times if this happens.
If you are close to me I will ship myself, or there is always collection available. That way, you can see my setup and ask any questions you make have, and also see them Mum and Dad of your new pet.
Health
I offer a 24 hour health guarantee on my reptiles. If I do not hear from you within 24 hours of the receipt of your animal, I will assume that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and consider our transaction complete. Because I have no control of how you will keep your reptiles or what your existing collection has been exposed to, I cannot offer a guarantee longer than 24 hours. If we are contacted within the initial 24 hour window we will do our best to come to an agreement that both parties will be satisfied with.
Sex
When an animal is sold as sexed, I offer a 100% guarantee to that effect. I do, however expect for you to double check the sex of the animal and to notify me within 48 hours if it appears to be the wrong sex. Again, if I have not heard from you within 48 hours, I will consider our transaction complete. If I have made a mistake I will be happy to sort a refund out and collection of the animal.
